About "Young Entrepreneurs!” project...

The "Young Entrepreneurs!” project is a multilateral youth exchange, carried out within the E+ Program, which will take place in the town of Costinesti from Constanta County, between 24 November – 04 December 2022.

The aim of the project is to develop entrepreneurial spirit, but also to increase the level of entrepreneurial competences and employment competences in order to become active on the labour market for 30 young people aged 18-30 years old under the guidance of 6 group leaders from the 6 participating countries.

The specific objectives that will lead to the achievement of the purpose of the "Young Entrepreneurs!" project are the following:

- Increasing the awareness of the 36 participants on the need to develop entrepreneurship and employability in the context of economic recovery in European society, by using non-formal techniques and methods, during the project.

- Developing the level of knowledge and key competences in the field of entrepreneurship and employability for the 36 participants of the project, based on intercultural dialogue, cultural exchange and diversity, in order to be adaptable on the European labor market, during the project perioad.

- Scketing-up of 6 business plans for starting-up and development of new businesses (exercice companies) through non-formal education methods and multicultural role play, starting from participants ideas during 9 days of youth exchange.

- Encouraging and developing solidarity and tolerance between young participants in order to facilitate social cohesion at the European Union level through cultural exchange, inclusion and diversity based on non discriminatory non-formal activities, during the implementation of the project.

During project activities, all these issues/needs and challenges will be addressed and minimized using non-formal education methods and tools by familiarizing young people with research methods, funding opportunities and promoting a business-oriented mentality. Also, in addition to the specific objectives listed above, the project aims to achieve the following learning objectives:

- acquiring abilities, skills and knowledge, in the field of entrepreneurship/ employability and information necessary for the starting-up and developing of new enterprises (start-up),

- acquiring communication, relationship and teamwork skills,

- acquiring a tolerant and solidary attitude towards other cultures and religions.

Through mobility’s activities, the participants will become familiar with the concept of entrepreneurship and will develop the knowledge necessary to develop a business plan, as well as technical skills to promote the start-up: film editing, blog / site / facebook page, etc. (these methods form the ITC component of the project).

The projects` activities are aimed to engage young people through active participation and it will facilitate intercultural exchange, exchanging ideas, sustaining dialogue; organized tasks so that each participant will have the opportunity to come into contact with a different culture.

For a successful project we proposed the following working methods: knowledge games/self-knowledge, evaluative games, integrative methods, storyboard, teamwork, brainstorming, discussions/debates on different subjects, teambuilding, intercultural observations.

At the end of the youth exchange, each participant will receive a Youthpass Certificate. This will recognize the acquired competences through participation in this project.
