The "study to a local business" activity was organized right inside the hotel where we were acommodated. The special "guest" was the hotel owner who shared his story with us and offered us some "tips & tricks" about government programs that support the inclusion of young people and foreigners in the labor market.
Moving forward on to the 4th day of the project, we took the entrepreneurial test that aimed to understand ourselves and our abilities as entrepreneurs.
These are the results of the business test:
Score 91-100
Excellent. A perfect score. You are a born entrepreneur. If you are not presently running your own small business you should definitely start one -- the sooner the better.
Score 81 - 90
Very good. You definitely have what it takes to succeed in a small business of your own. Don't hesitate, your way to business success is wide open.
Score 51 - 80
Good. You have the qualities of a successful entrepreneur with some weak spots. You should be able to cover that deficiency by either retraining yourself or hiring someone with the necessary skill.
Score 50 and below
Unsatisfactory. Maybe it would be better to have a comfortable and secure job. It seems like running a business is not the perfect solution in your case!
A rather interesting discussion happened around the topic that made us all more self aware and knowledgeable about the topic.
After these activities, we put on our warmest clothes and headed on foot to Costinesti beach to admire the shipwreck. We had the opportunity to take beautiful pictures and create memories for a lifetime. Team bonding and learning about Romanian history at the same time.
