The organization of cultural evenings (evening program including the sending NGO presentation, the presentation of the country, customs, traditional music, dances, clothes and traditional food) allowed the participants to come into direct contact with other cultures, thus supporting the intercultural exchange of values, customs and traditions. This opened them to learn new things and a better understanding of other cultures.
We ended the night with a rather intriguing and exciting cultural event by the Turkish team. We had the opportunity to taste some of their traditional dishes, played games and danced a LOT. A great closing ceremony, to a great day here in Costinesti.
The Turkish team had food from the areas of Turkey where they came from, they presented us with specific dances and they prepared a Kahoot contest for us, with prizes for the first 3 winners.
All participants received the "blue eye" to put on their clothes against "evil".
We had henna, with which we made different non-permanent tattoos.
